The polit bureau of the JVP has issued a press release against the inhuman NATO attacks at Serbia. Following is the full text:

NATO is continuously launching attacks on the former Yugoslavian territory, Serbia. They have harmed Serb civillians in many ways. The intention of these attacks is said to be owing to separatist struggle in Kozowo.

Imperialists led by USA were the pioneers of dividing former Yugoslavia on the basis of ethnicity. Now they try to usurp the Kosowo crisis started by seperatism, which they created to act as the world’s cop. The imperialist US regime broke least of the political ethics by attcking Iraq in the guise of UN organization. Now they to show the military strength are using their war organization NATO to attack Serbia.

The US led imperialists by these barbarous attacks have interfered with internal affairs of independant states. So these interferences in the internal affairs of independant states are with disgust, condemned by the JVP. We hereby appeal the progressive peoples, organizations and states around the world to join in the common struggle to defeat such malicious, inhuman war games of US imperialists.
